Roll up, roll up for the famous Kingswood Christmas Charity raffle! The fair will take place at the school on 14th November, but you do not need to attend in person to participate in the raffle; the winners will be drawn at 8.30 pm, and the prizes will be automatically allocated to winning tickets. Winners will be notified by email, and collection arrangements can be made by email. Some prizes will be available to collect on the night, so if you are at the fair and know you have won a physical prize, please come and find us in the theatre foyer.
All raffle tickets are only sold via this platform. If you do want to purchase any on the night of the fair itself you can use your phone to purchase online, or come to the desk in the theatre foyer where we will have a laptop you can use. However, the fair is VERY busy, the signal is patchy, and queues were long last year, so we suggest that you buy your tickets in advance wherever possible.

7. The Kingswood Christmas Charity Grand Raffle 2025 Raffle draw will be conducted on 14/11/2025, or if this is not possible, on the next working day. The draw takes place with the winner being chosen by random. The results of the draw are final.
8. All participants will be notified once the draw has been made. A list of winning ticket numbers will be made available within 7 days of the draw, unless there are delays in contacting the winners, in which case the list will be made available as soon as the winners' names are finalised. There are no alternatives to any prize except where stated and no interest is payable.
9. Kingswood School Charity Events reserves the right to substitute a prize for a prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of a prize, if this is necessary for reasons beyond Kingswood School Charity Events’s control.
